Connect RingCentral to ZoomInfo Bridge Dialer
We want to make sure your RingCentral calls work directly through ZoomInfo — so you click to call in ZoomInfo, but RingCentral handles the actual call (and all your AI notes still work).
Log into ZoomInfo Engage
Go to engage.zoominfo.com and sign in with your usual credentials.
Open My Account Settings
Click your name or avatar in the top right corner, then select My Account from the dropdown.
Find the Dialer Tab
Look for a tab or section called Dialer or Dialer Setup inside your account settings.
Select “Bridge” — Not VoIP
You’ll see two options: VoIP (ZoomInfo’s built-in number) and Bridge (use your own phone). Select Bridge.
Bridge is what lets you route calls through RingCentral. VoIP will use ZoomInfo’s number instead — not what we want.
Enter Your RingCentral Number
Type in the RingCentral phone number you normally use for calls. ZoomInfo will call that number to verify — pick up and enter the validation code it gives you.
Make a Test Call
Find any contact in ZoomInfo and click to call them. Your RingCentral should ring first — pick up, and ZoomInfo will bridge you through to the prospect.
You can also test by calling your own cell or desk phone.
RingCentral rings when you click to call in ZoomInfo — that means the bridge is working
Call appears in RingCentral’s call log after the call ends — AI notes should generate normally
Call activity also logs in ZoomInfo Engage on the contact’s profile — best case scenario
Your RingCentral number shows on the prospect’s caller ID — not a random ZoomInfo number
Report Back
Let Robert or Amanda know: Did RingCentral ring? Did both systems log the call? If something didn’t work, note exactly where it stopped so we can report the specific issue to ZoomInfo.
