Heartland InfoCentral Login: Where It Lives Now That Heartland Is Global Payments
Heartland InfoCentral is the reporting portal Heartland merchants use for batches, deposits and statements. Heartland is now fully part of Global Payments, so the login has moved, some report addresses have changed, and the payroll business is gone entirely. Here is where everything is now, and what to pull while you are logged in.
Looking for the login?
InfoCentral is now reached through Heartland My Account, Global Payments’ merchant portal. You must be a registered My Account user to open InfoCentral.
Go to the official Heartland or Global Payments website and sign in from there. Never use a login link sent by email, and if your login stopped working, call the support number printed on your merchant statement.
Looking for Heartland Payroll?
It is not part of InfoCentral any more. Global Payments sold Heartland Payroll to Acrisure in October 2025, and it now operates as Auris.
What to know: Heartland scores 47 out of 100
Heartland’s score on the weAudit Processor Scoreboard. Its weakest category is Fee Practices and Contract Terms, at 7 out of 25.
- Three-year contracts. Heartland built its name on a Merchant Bill of Rights against long-term contracts and hidden fees. It now sells three-year contracts.
- A $295 termination fee, documented in the program guide: the second document most merchants never read.
- Repricing called an error, in writing. A documented merchant complaint describes a price increase a Heartland manager admitted in writing was an error, while the higher charges kept being drafted.

What InfoCentral is
InfoCentral is Heartland’s online reporting portal for merchants. It is where you check daily batches, validate deposits and funding, research individual transactions, run pre-built and custom reports, and download monthly statements.

What to pull while you are logged in
A portal change is a good moment to get your records, because what is easy to find today can be harder to find after the next migration. Download:
- Your last twelve monthly statements. They show every fee, not just the rate.
- Deposit and funding reports. They show what actually reached your bank account.
- Chargeback and retrieval reports. See chargeback time limits for how fast those clocks run.
Check the fixed fees. Heartland and Global Payments statements in 2025 and 2026 have been reported carrying an annual reporting fee of $245 or $410 per location, an infrastructure fee of around $450 and stacked PCI charges. None of them is a card network fee. See Global Payments and Heartland fees.
What is Heartland on my bank statement?
If you are a business, a Heartland or Global Payments line on your bank statement is usually your card processing fees or your deposits. If you are a consumer, it is usually a purchase from a business that processes cards through Heartland, or a payment made through a Heartland-run service such as a school payment system. Match the date and amount to your receipts before assuming anything is wrong.
Same pattern, different processor. Fiserv’s Business Track went through the same kind of rename, to Commerce Control Center. See Business Track. Portals change names; the fees on the statements usually don’t change in your favor.
Common questions
How do I log in to Heartland InfoCentral?
InfoCentral is now reached through Heartland My Account, Global Payments’ merchant portal. You need to be a registered My Account user. Start from the official Heartland or Global Payments website rather than a link in an email, and call the support number on your statement if your login no longer works.
Is Heartland now Global Payments?
Yes. Global Payments bought Heartland in 2016, and Heartland has now fully moved to the Global Payments brand. Existing Heartland merchants keep their accounts, reports and support, but statements, portals and notices increasingly carry the Global Payments name.
Why did my InfoCentral reports move?
In 2024 Heartland moved InfoCentral’s reporting modules to new Global Payments web addresses, with notice that the appearance of the reports would not change. If a bookmarked report page stopped working, that is a likely reason.
Where is Heartland Payroll now?
Global Payments sold Heartland Payroll to Acrisure in October 2025, and the payroll business has since been renamed Auris. Payroll logins are separate from the InfoCentral merchant portal.

What should I download from InfoCentral?
Your last twelve monthly statements, deposit and funding reports, and any chargeback reports. Together they show what you actually paid, which is what an audit needs.
Download your statements. Send them to us.
Our first audit is free and takes about five minutes of your time. We check every fee on your Heartland or Global Payments statement and tell you what you should be paying. If there is nothing to find, you will know that too.
