ProPay Login and Fees: What to Know About the Company Behind It
ProPay is a payment account many small sellers and direct sales consultants use to take cards. If you are here to log in, the first box tells you how. If you are paying ProPay’s fees, the rest of the page explains them, and who owns ProPay now.
Looking for the login?
Sign in from the official ProPay website. If you sell through a direct sales company, you may reach ProPay through that company’s own sign-up and account pages.
Never use a login link sent by email, and if your login stopped working, call the support number in your ProPay account information.
Check your renewal date
ProPay plans are annual. Merchants report the fee renewing before they could cancel, and not being refunded.

What ProPay gets right, and what it costs
ProPay is simple. There is no monthly fee, no monthly minimum and no long-term contract, and setting up an account is quick, which is why direct sales companies like it. The trade-off is price: every card costs the same flat rate whatever it actually costs, plus an annual fee and a fee every time you move your money to your bank. For a seller doing a few thousand dollars a year, that can be fine. For a growing business, it is an expensive way to take cards. See credit card processing fees for small business.
Same owner, many names. ProPay sits in the same Global Payments family as Heartland, TSYS’s merchant business and Worldpay. See Global Payments fees.

How do I log in to ProPay?
Sign in from the official ProPay website, never from a link in an email. If you sell through a direct sales company, you may reach ProPay through that company’s own sign-up and account pages. Call the support number in your ProPay account information if your login no longer works.
Who owns ProPay?
ProPay was acquired by TSYS in 2016, and TSYS merged with Global Payments in 2019. ProPay now operates within Global Payments, which weAudit rates 49 out of 100.
What are ProPay’s fees?
ProPay sells annual plans rather than monthly ones. Reported plans run from about $39.95 a year with rates around 2.6% swiped, 3.4% for American Express and 3.55% keyed, to about $69.95 a year at around 2.4% swiped. Its fee schedule lists annual fees up to $299.95, transaction fees up to 3.5% plus 35 cents, and fees of up to 35 cents each time you move money to your bank account.
Why does ProPay charge me to move my own money?
Card sales land in your ProPay account first, and ProPay’s fee schedule charges up to 35 cents for each transfer to your checking account. For a merchant moving money often, those small fees add up.
Does ProPay renew automatically?
ProPay plans are annual, and reviewers report that the annual fee renewed before they could cancel and was not refunded. Note your renewal date and cancel ahead of it if you plan to leave.
Is ProPay good for direct sellers?
ProPay is widely used by direct sales companies and their independent consultants because it is quick to set up. Its flat rates and fees are simple but not cheap, and affiliate pricing can differ from ProPay’s standard schedule.
